2 cups canned & rinsed black beans 1 med avocado, chopped 1 cup tomatoes, chopped Juice from 1/2 lime Salt & pepper to taste 2 Tblsp minced onions 2 green onions, sliced 1 roasted & chopped red bell pepper 5 sprigs cilantro chopped 1/4 cup Coyote Trail Garlic Chile Marinade
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except avocado refrigerate for 30 minutes Add avocado Adjust salt & pepper Serve immediately
