It's a Kids Cooking Party

Coyote Pizza

Are you having a kids cooking party this weekend? Don't stress about the food. It's easy-learn how to keep them happy!

INGREDIENTS

1 ball prepared pizza dough (Trader Joe's)
2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 cooked chicken breast
8 oz Coyote Trail Green Chile Sauce

8 cilantro sprigs (chop leaves discard stems)
2 cups shredded Gouda cheese

Lightly flour prep area and flatten dough
Roll into two 12" circles
Brush rounds with olive oil

Grill pizza rounds over medium heat on BBQ
Turn quickly -1 minute ea side-brush with olive oil
Remove and assemble pizza

Assemble outside near barbeque

Spread Green Chile Sauce on pizza circle
Add chicken, garlic and cheese
Top with cilantro

Return to low fire and close lid for 10 minutes
Serve when cheese is melted

Upside Down Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS

Thick flour tortillas-gordita style
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tblsp olive oil
16 oz Coyote Trail Old Town Salsa

Assemble outside near barbeque

Brush one side of tortilla with olive oil
On other side, spoon on Old Town Salsa
Place olive oil side on low barbeque burner
Add cheese & cook under closed lid until cheese melts

Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
