Add olive oil and elbow noodles Brown noodles, turning rapidly Remove noodles and set aside after three minutes Add protein mix, salt & pepper, onion, garlic Add tomatoes, Coyote Trail Ranchero Sauce,Add water and browned noodles Cover and cook for 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS
16 oz can Kidney Beans 8 oz can Black Beans 16 oz can Northern White Beans 16 oz Coyote Trail Green Chile Sauce 1 cup low salt chicken stock 14 oz stewed tomatoes 1 cup carrots, sliced 1/4 in 1 med brown onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, chopped
Rinse beans, combine soup ingredients in large pot Cover & cook on low for 3 hours or until beans are soft
Dumplings
1 tbsp vegetable oil 4 tbsp. buttermilk 1 egg white, beaten Salt & pepper dash 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp Coyote Trail Green Chile Powder 1/3 cup yellow cornmeal 1/3 cup flour-King Arthur
Make dumplings Mix dry ingredients in glass bowl Add eggwhite, buttermilk & oil to dry ingred Stir with fork and drop into soup during last 30 min Cover, cook 30 min-Don't open lid
Serve with hot, crusty bread
