Easy Cooking recipes For Kids

Easy cooking recipes for kids are perfect if you have the right ingredient!

When the kids are at home, it is time to put work aside and to enjoy them. We've compiled some fun and easy cooking recipes for kids and these are some that the entire family will enjoy! Most take 30 minutes or less.

School Night Enchiladas

INGREDIENTS

¼ onion, chopped
4-5 tablespoons canola oil
1 dozen corn tortillas
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ bunch cilantro, divided
1 jar (16-ounce) of Coyote Trail Enchilada Sauce
2 cups cheddar shredded
4 oz can black olives, sliced
1 roma tomato, chopped small
3 green onions, chopped

In a large frying pan

Saute onion in olive oil
Cut tortillas into chip size triangles and add to saute
Add more oil if necessary to lightly coat all chips
Cook for 10 minutes over med heat
Add garlic and half the cilantro
Use a spatula to carefully turn the mixture
Do Not break up the chips
Add Enchilada Sauce do not boil
Add cheese and mix carefully
Add, depending on preference
olives, tomatoes and onions
Cover and let sit for 10 minutes
Garnish with remaining cilantro

Serves 6 kids

Note To serve New Mexico style
fry an egg and place on top of each serving

Coyote Chile Fries

A Hit with Mom's Too!

INGREDIENTS
6 white rose potatoes peeled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz bottle Coyote Trail Green Chile Sauce
salt & pepper

Spray a cooking sheet with oil
cut potatoes into small sticks
lay on cookie sheet, salt & pepper

Bake at 350 degree for 15 min
Add green Chile Sauce and cheese
Bake 10 min until tender

Serve hot
Use balance of Green Sauce to dip
