This simple yet delicious food was standard in my household. My grandmother was the chef in the family, but we had no idea that our food was special. I first tasted this delicious corn dish in first grade and have loved it even since. Now, more generations follow. Why not make it part of your family traditions? INGREDIENTS 1 med brown onion chopped 3 garlic cloves minced 32 oz frozen yellow corn or fresh 4 cups grated cheddar cheese 2 tbsp olive oil 1 bottle Coyote Trail Green Chile Sauce
In heavy pan sauté onion in olive oil over med heat When browned, add garlic and corn Brown corn for several minutes Use masher to gently break kernels or a meat grinder to mix ingredients together Drain, transfer to shallow baking dish Stir in cheese, Green Chile Sauce Mix well Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Serve with favorite entree

In mixing bowl scramble eggs & water In 12-inch ovenproof frying pan Melt butter, add egg mixture, onion cheese Cook 3 minutes on medium heat Transfer frying pan to 350-degree oven and bake for 10 minutes.
