Howling News From Coyote Trail September 24, 2008 |
Howling News
I love this time of year. Around Labor Day the entire state of New Mexico is submerged under a chile cloud. Some states have rain and others are known for smog, but in early fall, New Mexico is alive with the rich scent of roasted green chile in the air. Newly picked green chiles are tumbled in home made, street corner roasters and the flavors demand that you stop your car to breathe in the exotic flavor of green chile.
If you want some, see our Order Page Green Chile is sent in 5 pound frozen packages via two-day mail. This is the real chile from Hatch, New Mexico. The same green chile we use in our award winning sauces. Get a Discount
